Authentic everyday objects made in pre-occupation Tibet that are not only beautiful, but express the aesthetics and craftsmanship of Tibetan material culture. Unless mentioned otherwise, the items were made prior to the 1950s, some possibly from the 19th century or earlier. In Tibetan, someone or something that has soul and authenticity is said to possess, 'Shagtzi' or grease, which is why you're in the Grease Shop.
